Rebuyer (1991 – 1993) Performed duties to maintain and purchase warehouse inventory based on current item need projections, past history and customer order activity. Specialized in electronics, automotive, and lawn and garden merchandise. Internal and external interface to resolve discrepancies on orders, shipments, and billings. Interacted directly with suppliers and customers to expedite processing of complex orders. Customer Service Representative (1990 – 1991) Performed duties to respond to customer inquiries on matters relating to orders, account status, product information, order redemption procedures and contacted customers to promote sales activity.
