Daily Duties at Timet:

Responsible for the planning and directing of daily production operations for a leading global supplier of Titanium to the defense and aircraft industry. Daily responsibilities incldued: day-to–day operations for 35 exempt and non-exempt employees in manufacturing, scheduling, inventory warehouse management, training, receiving, and shipping in meeting customer requirements. I developed, monitored, and maintained performance metrics and scorecard reporting, managed hiring and training of workforce, mentored and trained junior employees, monitored and conducted employee performance appraisals, supervised inventory operations. Conducted cycle counts process to ensure inventory accuracy, provided leadership in safety and environmental compliance. Led and participated in continuous improvement cost reduction through application of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing processes (Certified Green Belt)
