As the Director of Consumer Care, I managed both the Domestic and International Call Center Operations. I had sites in the following locations: Austin, TX, Bangalore, India, Hyderabad, India, and Manila, Philippines. In this role, I led 300+ employees focused on delivering exceptional service to Dell Financial Services customers around the globe.
