* Coordinated Student Health Insurance for all Indiana University Campuses, excluding Fort Wayne * Managed insurance open-enrollment as well as enrollment of those students with qualifying events * Answered any questions students may have about the policies, how to file a claim, and other claims issues * Worked with International Services department to enroll international students in the insurance plan * Performed orientation sessions for both Graduate Students and Undergraduate Students * Processed background checks from HireRight, scheduled assessments for job applicants and completed employment verifications * Assisted job applicants with technical support when applying for a position with the university online and in the office; posted openings on IU’s website * Created “how to” flyers for applicants to take with them (Interview Skills, What to Wear to an Interview, and How to Apply)
