* Managed and coordinated workflow for all associates in Recordkeeping as well as worked with other departments to satisfy the needs of all parties – included the installation of new 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans * Worked closely with Plan Trustees, Third Party Administrators, and Financial Advisors being sure to meet their needs, while also meeting the needs of the shareholders – included running of reports, research and problem solving, processing of contributions and distributions for 401(k) plans, adding funds or money types * Worked as a team player and took on additional work in order to meet market deadlines * Reviewed specific work types processed by new associates to ensure its correctness as well as assisted team managers with similar requests * Worked on special projects as needed including: updates of Financial Advisors at the plan level, investigate uncashed checks, and processing loan close-outs
