FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Every aspect of receivables, payables, payroll, inventory control, purchasing, budgetary planning, monthly and year-end accounting reports. Analyzed and reviewed operating expenses for cost-saving solutions including making decisions on commercial and workers’ compensation insurance to long distance telephone service. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Human resources, inside sales, and monitoring the inventory for JIT. Continuously strive for knowledge of new and improved methods of operating a business at its greatest potential. Writing policies and procedures, attending seminars, maintaining OSHA/MIOSHA compliancy.
