Daily Duties at World Stone:

World Stone is a granite fabrication and installation company. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  Every aspect of receivables, payables, payroll, inventory control, purchasing, budgetary planning, monthly and year-end accounting reports.  Analyzed and reviewed operating expenses for cost-saving solutions including making decisions on commercial and workers’ compensation insurance to long distance telephone service.  Successfully handled a routine, general audit of the 2003 Corporate Tax Return with the IRS and received a confirmation letter stating “no changes required” for the return. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT  Human resources, inside sales, and monitoring the WIP schedule.  Continuously strive for knowledge of new and improved methods of operating a business at its greatest potential.  Writing policies and procedures, attending seminars, maintaining OSHA/MIOSHA compliancy.
