Supervised the general operation of a pilot program emphasizing horticulture and nutrition on four Northern Minnesota Reservations in cooperation with five county extension offices. I designed and presented horticulture classes for preschool, grade school and adult participants, supervised community gardens on four reservations, and presented our program at a national gardening convention.
