Daily Duties at U S West Communications:
Managed and coordinated multiple large projects in a fast-paced environment simultaneously. Project Management of new installations and conversions of designed services, from DS0 to DS3, for both dedicated, private line and switched services. Managed after hours network conversions. Prepared forms for appropriate agent compensation with exceptional accuracy. Developed and presented product and service training for Agents. Provided pricing and billing assistance and support to the Agents. Developed processes, tools and ordering forms for the Agents prior to automation. Awarded Presidents Club in 1992 and 1998.
