Managed financials for the Contractual Services business with sales that totaled $1.4B and CM of 66%. Led efforts to build a consolidated accounting and finance organization. Played a key role in analyzing operating expenses and revenue. Prepared and recorded month-end journal entries. Planned short-range budgets and provided long-range strategic financial plans. Reviewed monthly actual results, investigated variances, and reported findings to senior management. Prepared quarterly cash flow statements for senior management. Handled corporate data request reporting in COGNOS for Taxes, Balance Sheet, and P&L. Directed corporate estimating and reporting, which included highlighting all risks and opportunities to executives for better management decisions. Managed up to 5 staff members offshore in India.
