Led 4-month negotiation and divested 3 business units of Cardinal Business Media for $55 million and establish Boucher Communications, Inc. with former president of Cardinal Business Media. Played pivotal role in formulating business model for 2 remaining business units at Boucher Communications. Negotiated $35 million term debt and working capital facility to fund growth. Installed MAS 90 and F9 and converted historical information. Ultimately divested single profit centers of Boucher to 101 Communications, L.L.C. in 1999.
