Daily Duties at Goldhil International, Inc.:
Led 25-person team of direct and indirect reports along with multifunctional operations consisting of accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, HR, warehousing, and IT. Oversaw the acquisition and integration of accounting, inventory and HR into financial system. Performed due diligence, prepared recommendations, and presented to BOD. Developed formal budgeting system, forecasting models, and real-time dashboards to help meet investor's ROI expectations. Devised integrated cash flow forecasts and administered financial resources during severe cash austerity period. Negotiated extended terms with suppliers and implemented EDI / credit card program.
