Daily Duties at Liz Claiborne Inc.:

• Provide confidential support to the Chief Human Resources Officer • Provide supplemental support to the CEO • Member of the 6-member senior Corporate Communications team, led by SVP. • Coordinate sensitive matters related to corporate restructuring and divestiture of ten businesses and substantial staff reduction • Maintain direct and confidential contact with the Board of Directors. Arrange meetings, production and distribution of board books to the members of the Compensation Committee. • Arrange Leadership Council meetings for the corporation, which includes coordination of international video-conferencing teams. • Arrange interviews and produce contracts for high-level candidates • Perform administrative tasks such as calendaring, domestic and international travel, and screening phone calls. • Attend weekly HR Leadership meetings and produce minutes • Track budget, expense and meeting history for CHRO • Partner with HRIS to maintain and produce report templates for LCI’s Executive teams • Maintain the LizNET online directories of LCI’s Executive and Leadership Councils • Serve as point person company-wide for variety of HR related inquiries. Present to HR leadership as appropriate. • Facilitator for Weight Watchers @ Work Program for New York associates • Served on three-member Logistics Team for Annual Corporate Town Meeting held at Madison Square Garden
