Daily Duties at Private Distribution Company:

Responsible for all finance functions, directly manage AR, AP, PR, Collections and Operations Managers. Directly responsible for accurate and timely compilation of monthly financial statements, daily cash flow, monthly banking covenants and base requirements. Annual 401K audit, banking compliance audit, 5500’s, 571L, workers compensation audits, tax compliance and various external monthly, quarterly and annual external reporting processes supporting strategic initiatives. Responsible for all tax returns, banking compliance, fixed asset schedules. Implements process improvement, technology utilization and lean resource management for positive affect on bottom line. Mastery of IT report writing, financial statements, budgeting implementation. Assisted with various enterprise system upgrades. Assist with strategic corporate initiatives relating to process improvement and corporate growth. Manages operations staff, Receiving, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Pick and Packing/Shipping. Total Direct Reports is 13, indirect reports 53. Works collaboratively with CEO, COO and middle management teams. Collaborative management style successfully united all levels of employees.
