• Proven track record of overturning 80% of the declines and table ratings from the reinsurer. • Extensive telephone contact with outside brokers, producers, agents, and investment managers. • Ability to underwrite up to 80 cases simultaneously across three different underwriting disciplines. • Authorized approval rating up to table 22, with 1 million plus in premium and 20M reinsurance cap. • Responsible for the training of new underwriters. • Responsible for auditing cases from staff of underwriters. • Responsible for creating incentive programs for underwriters.
