Daily Duties at Advoda Inc:
Assist/hand hold customers through the turn up process Project Management of new installations and conversions of service’s, from POTS, DS0, DSL to DS3, SONET, ATM, LSS, MOE, MPLS, Internet Ports and IA for both dedicated, private line and switched services of Qwest QC and Qwest QCC products, and porting of local and toll free numbers. Account manage at the service level dedicated, impressive large companies and Internet Service Providers. Work with sub-agents and other providers; Paetec, LightYear, Verizon, Comcast, Accel Networks, TMC, TW Telecom. Provide billing assistance and support to Customers seek adjustments when due. Escalate telecommunication issues from service, repair and billing on behalf of customers
