Daily Duties at Denver Plastics:
Responsible for all aspects of a stand alone $10MM, 75 employee manufacturing division including full responsibility for profit and loss, business development, human resources, and operations management. Revived an unstable organization by diversifying the customer base and bringing 25% revenue growth through new customers in first 18 months. Also significantly improved quality and operational efficiencies in first 12 months.
