Included system design, integration design, supply, and deployment.  Bahrain Government, Prime Minister (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - Provided system design, integration design, supply, and deployment of 11-meter C-Band satellite earth station.  Bahrain Government, Crown Prince (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - System design, integration design, supply, and deployment of 11-meter C-Band satellite earth station.  U.A.E Government, Abu Dhabi (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - System design, manufacturing, supply, and deployment of mobile VHF radio system with automatic dial-up switching capability to operate full duplex with existing satellite earth station.  U.A.E. Government, Dubai (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - Provided system design, supply, and deployment of 11-meter C-Band satellite earth station, as well as for UHF-TV re-broadcast system.  U.A.E. Government, (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - System design, supply, and deployment of 11-meter C-Band satellite earth station and 23 GHZ microwave network.  U.A.E. Government, Abu Dhabi (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - System design, supply, and deployment of 11-meter C-Band satellite earth station.  U.S. Department of Energy (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - System design, manufacturing, supply, and deployment of VHF radio system with automatic dial-up switching capability to operate full duplex with existing remote satellite earth station.  Cellular One, Senior Project Manager – Provided integration design and managed deployment of General Electric cellular systems and Northern Telecom 800, 800A and 800DR cellular systems in Ohio.  Cellular One, Senior Project Manager - Integration design and deployment of Northern Telecom 800DR cellular network for Puerto Rico.  Cellular One, (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - Product design, manufacture, and supply of network protocol converters.  United Nations [through PricewaterhouseCoopers], (Turnkey Supply, Contractor) - Provided damage assessment of Kuwait’s satellite earth station network after invasion by Iraq.
