1. Siemens GSM 900 cellular network in Malawi. Responsible for network design, RF and transmission, site acquisition, site design, and construction. 2.Siemens GSM 900 cellular network in Zambia. Responsible for USD 25 Million budget, RFQ generation to suppliers, contract negotiations, network design, RF and transmission, site acquisition, site design, construction, and network acceptance. Designed and built HQ complex with co-located switch to accommodate 75 staff members in less than five months.
