Daily Duties at Environmental Protection Agency:
I was a summer intern at Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the Center for Environmental Innovation. During my tenure at the EPA, I developed a research paper that evaluated the effectiveness of current voluntary environmental programs (i.e. Energy Star, Green Chill, Smart Way Transport Partnership, and Waste Wise). I was also responsible for developing design guidelines for new voluntary environmental programs (VEP) and for developing streamlined implementation strategies for current and future programs. I also helped develop a logic model and policy based solutions for the 2012 Sustainable Water Initiative.
