Responsible for the overall implementation of the T-Mobile/Nokia GSM/UMTS network rollout in Knoxville Tennessee. Responsibilities include site construction, deployment and integration of the Nokia Flexi GSM and UMTS product, logistics, quality and customer acceptance.
