Daily Duties at City Parking Inc:
As the Maintenance and Enforcement Assistant Director, I was responsible for the maintenance and security of over twenty parking lots in the City of Richmond. Furthermore, I was responsible for managing contractors, preparing monthly budget reports, analyzing and collecting parking data, and coordination maintenance operations. I also assisted the Operations Director with zoning compliance issues and with parking facility planning.
