Daily Duties at Holland America Line Westours Inc.:
•Provided Windows 95 and NT 4 Server/Workstation and Novell IntraNetware 4.11 support setting up users/print servers. •Configured TCPIP, Web browsers and Terminal emulation software including Telnet and Extra. •Supported hardware setup using Norton Ghost across the network. •Helped manager coordinate company-wide upgrade from Lotus Suite to Office 97. •Was senior micro analyst supporting 1000 computers at corporate office and 300 computers on cruise ships/at satellite offices. •Was acting manager of I.S. Information Center in absence of manager. •Trained shipboard radio officers in troubleshooting hardware and software. •In charge of all hardware setup and PC repair.
