Daily Duties at Path:
* They changed only my title from Help Desk Manager to Computer Support Lead while I was there and not the pay or grade. •Implemented the organization’s first Help Desk tracking system. (Intuit’s Track-It!) •Set and Documented Standards, customer service and quality assurance procedures including communications. •Devised customer satisfaction surveys and technician visit cards. •Managed the budget for Computer Support. •Coordinated an organization wide upgrade to Office 2000, Outlook and Windows XP. •Coordinated in-house desktop PC upgrades from 500MHz or less to 1GHZ systems for the Seattle office. •Coordinated complete Pentium 4 system builds for 2004. •Performed all desktop support related tasks in previous positions. •Submitted employee performance appraisals on a biannual basis.
