Daily Duties at Holland America Line Inc.:
Provided remote and onsite desktop computer support on Dell/Windows XP workstations. Supported hardware setup using Norton Ghost across a Windows 2000 server network. Provided install and support for Oracle 7.3, ADI, 8.1.7, and 10.1G dependent applications Provided support for MS Office 2003 Used Active Directory to reset account passwords, add / move PCs in to specific managed Object User Groups, and add users to specific group objects for security. Provided On-Call support on a rotating schedule using; a designated ON-Call Blackberry phone, a laptop PC with remote access to our VPN and with a terminal server connection to my work PC, asset management software for remote troubleshooting and problem resolution.
