CNIII- performed circulating RN duties in Plastic, ENT, Eye, General, Urology Surgery specialties in main operating room & day surgery center CNIV Service Coordinator- facilitated and coordinated plan of care for pediatric dental surgery specialty to include patients of all age groups undergoing multiple restorative procedures. Established IV access on intraoperative surgical patients; assisted anesthesiologist with patient care management during anesthesia induction and throughout surgical procedure. Developed and implemented Surgical Services Standards of Care for Dental Surgery Service. Created Dental instrumentation sets for Surgical Services Staff Pediatric dentists Composed Orientation Guidelines and patient charting templates for surgical services staff dentists/registered dental assistants, and hospital nursing staff Organized and maintained surgical services budget for dental materials, supplies and instrumentation Provided RN orientation to the surgical services pediatric dental service department participated in specialty team teaching and competency evaluations of staff members Facilitator of Service Coordinator meetings
