Maintained clinical trial patient logs, completed clinical data information on case reports, regulatory protocol binder and reported SAE to IRB in accordance to the FDA approved protocol guidelines. Followed patients for clinical follow-up and clinical events Maintained quality controls in accordance to the Good Clinical Practices Guidelines. Identified potential errors within case reports and data clarifications. Prepared clinical trial study for potential FDA audits. December 1996 to August 2001
