Daily Duties at The Boeing Company:
•Collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources in Tririga’s Facility Center Space Management application using Oracle SQL, TOAD and Microsoft Access. •Provide customers the weekly, monthly, yearly and other canned reports for space utilization used for their chargeback system. •Provide AdHoc reports as requested by customers. •Interface with different business entities to gather report requirements. •Work with site representatives for issues and concern with square footage derived from CAFM system. •Create new web reports per customer requirements using HTML, ColdFusion and JavaScript. •Participate in testing of applications for defects and document them. •Write technical documentation for tasks and projects •Troubleshoot application and data in production and communicate directly with customers on the problems and issues submitted for immediate fixes •Participate in analysis and design meetings with counterpart and customers. •Provide user support for Tririga’s FacilityCenter Space Management applications.
