Daily Duties at Community Residences:
Quality Assurance and Program Manager for ICF program. Responsible for the daily operations of the IDD-Program. Performed assessment of IDD adolescent and adult populations, implement behavior plan, case management of consumers’ services with county case management, guardians, and other county affiliate services, supervised staff within the program. Developed Individual Service Plan, Quarterly Review, and wrote monthly QMRP notes. Performed quarterly audit to ensure compliance with regulations and licensing requirements. Participate in IDT meetings with county case manager, guardians and other institutional review.
