Daily Duties at Phillips Partnership :
Responsible for management of multiple projects, including client’s liaison, in-house design coordination, and staff assignments. Projects included new buildings, retrofits, and additions. Client management involved close coordination and communication with client Subject Matter Experts and design sub-consultants. Acted as Team Group Leader to final stage that generated production of 100% construction documents. Executed variety of project types that included retail, mixed used, commercial, hospitality, as well as project construction administration that included project stage of completion inspections, equipment submittal document approvals, RFI (Request For Information) document executions, and production of close-out documents.
