Daily Duties at Keane, Inc.:
As a programmer, I worked on a DB2/CICS claims system, analyzing system requirements, developing new programs, unit testing, and systems stress testing. As an analyst, worked on a high profile project, which changed industry standards. Developing business and functional requirements, monitoring sub-project milestones, resolving functional and development issues. As LAN Administrator/Customer Support, I was the primary technical person for a Customer Service Department supporting and OS/2 Token Ring environment.
