Daily Duties at Psomas:

Prepared tentative map, rough grading, preliminary hydrology and sewer study for Planning Area 10 (67 acres) of Aquabella, a 680-acre residential development consisting of multi-family and single-family units. Prepared tentative map, grading/drainage and erosion control plans for Malibu Bluffs – Tow Yard Site, a 6-acre hillside residential development, consisting of single-family units. Prepared underground fire plans and calculations for Home Depot – Garden Center Expansion, a 106,238 sq. ft. retail building on a 2.8-acre site. Prepared sewer plans and street improvement plans for Cedar Business Park in the City of Ontario. Attended project meetings and performed agency coordination for plan approval/permit issuance. Performed project coordination with architects and contractors. Managed design engineers and engineering drafters.
