Daily Duties at Pbs&J:

Provided program management services for the development and design of the Orange County Great Park, a 1,500-acre park site in Irvine. The project elements included: backbone infrastructure including roadways within the park, underground wet and dry utilities, drainage elements, traffic control and street lighting; grading development for the Park areas; and demolition of existing infrastructure and facilities. Provided project management services for the improvement project associated with the new regional sports park for the City of Long Beach. This included responsibility for design of the surface streets surrounding the 55-acre site. Prepared base map with includes aerial topography, boundary survey and GIS composite information for the 300-acre Laguna Niguel Gateway planning project. This included preparing conceptual design layouts of the parking structure for the Metrolink Station Expansion. Performed project coordination with architects, subconsultants and local agencies. Prepared project work plans, scope, schedule and budget for all projects. Monitored project production for compliance with schedule and budget objectives. Monitored client billings and assist in obtaining client payment. Monitored subconsultants’ progress and performance, and reviewed/approved subconsultant and vendor invoices.
