Daily Duties at Mohawk Industries:
Directed the Dye Lab and facilitated product development and sampling for carpet yarn fleck dyeing. In this position I quickly learned to match color and pattern for fleck dying yarn samples, gained valuable experience in moving orders from sample status to full production, and assisted in maintaining quality production standards throughout the department. Consistently and successfully met deadlines for meeting sample orders. Achieved excellent safety records. Selected Contributions: -Coordinated multiple sample and product development requests -Inspect, approve, and adjust production pattern and color to standard -Assist department manager with process improvement
