Daily Duties at Kautex Textron:

Manage demand planning for assigned customers with a Tier-1 automotive supplier in a fast paced blow molding environment. Being responsible for the planning and shipping of product for nine automotive customers, I reduced finished goods inventory to a one-and-a-half day target inventory through the effective utilization of the KANBAN system. I also achieved on time deliveries within my control, including both domestic and export orders. Selected Contributions: -Maintain proper finished good inventories to meet Lean and JIT shipping objectives -Manage electronic Kanban system for assigned production lines -Monitor component availability for scheduled production -Prepare demand driven sales forecasts for assigned customers -Participate in new product and product change orders.
