Daily Duties at Investment Bank:
• Ensuring UBS trades are booked to industry standard and resolving any discrepancies with UBS middle and front offices • Drafting and sending UBS trades confirmations to clients in a timely manner • Assisting with the ongoing training and integration of UBS offshore drafting team • Prepare Master Confirmation Agreements, standard ISDA documents and their credit support documents, upload trade details to DTCC and oversee the execution of drafting functions for OTC Credit Operations for flow trades executed • Effectively implementing complex projects by coordinating with Trading, Legal, IT, Credit Operations Management, Risk Management, and Portfolio Management. • Ensure client contact information is entered correctly in confirmations systems
