Daily Duties at Mmt Sales/Cox Reps:
Negotiated Local Spot Television and IB sales for Network Affiliated stations and websites including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, WB, UPN, CW, My Network and LATV. Responsibilities included sales presentations, business development, negotiating and closing, stewardship of schedules, post analysis and direct client contact. Developed and advanced stations’ billing to generate revenue upwards of $12.5M yearly. Sold sports, specials, and promotional opportunities (share driven and/or added value). Utilizing Scarborough and Marshall Media Research. Exposed to diversified stations’ operations, including sales & traffic department, production, billing, and gathered knowledge of seasonal inventory trends.
