Daily Duties at Ic. Corporation:
Enter Kronos system to check the absentee percentage per Department. If absenteeism was above average I would selecct employee from the auiliary pool to fill open positions. I Would have a 9:30 meeting with Team Leaders to check FTQ,spc, and number of unit produced.When finished I would conduct a safety and quality audit with one of the Team Leader to keep them focused on sustaining our programs.I was also responsible for continuous process improvement, Assurance of a Quality product through the use of Statistical process controls. I used the Data collected to Direct the Team Focus on process improvements which would eliminate Defects. Member of the Engineering Release Committe,I reviewed new designs concepts to see if they were ergonomically sound for the work force, in addition I also review simple revisions levels of existing parts before they were presented to shop floor, also Dispositioned all parts at the lower revision level before Fabricating or purchasing of latest part revision. Attended materials meetings daily to discuss non-conforming materials and potential material shortages before they impacted production. I was also part of the incident ivestigation team that reviewed open incidents to ensure all fianl containment actions were inplemented timely. Production meeting at end of shift to review production targets, product Yields and Units that didn't receive FTQ status.We would anaylized Data that had been recorded and drive defects to root cause.
