Daily Duties at Lennox International / Service Experts:

Lead a staff of 14 Division General Managers and indirectly lead a District Controller, District Marketing Specialist, District Sales Manager, 9 Service Managers and 9 Sales Managers. Managed sales, marketing, operations and human resources. Regularly make site visits to ensure high quality operations. Developed 3 people for promotion during this time. Manage unionized employee with Collective Bargaining Agreements and non-union employee groups. P&L responsibility of $72 million. Reported to the RVP, Western Region, while working cross-functionally with senior leadership, peers and subordinates.
