Daily Duties at Computer Associate:
• Used SAP to prepare monthly labor and expense invoices • Inputted invoices into WAWF • Provided professional advice to federal and commercial clients on best practices(T&M, Fixed Price, Upfront, and Milestone) • Monitored and reconciled contracts and revenue ceilings. • Researched and supported commission inquiries. • Reviewed and performed time entry corrections and charge codes. • Processed project related paperwork including staffing assignment updates, project closures, and vendor related paperwork. • Identified inconsistencies in planned margin and ensured accuracy in financial reporting. (Interface and work closely with other area of service accounting, CA Technology Services, collections, and provide supporting backup and assistance)
