Daily Duties at Midwest Stamping:
I had a Professional staff of Ten Direct Reports and Indirect Responsibilty for 200+ Hourly Associates. I was Responsible for Safety, Quality, Proiductivity, Budget Compliance and Budget Development. I was in charge of Manpower, Employee Asessment and Review Discipline and Termination. I Impemented Lean, Visual Management, 5S, Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
