Contributed as team leader and training facilitator for new reconciliation coordinators. • Effectively accounted for 100% of all posted shares by performing long outstanding variance reconciliation between system records and by processing unit reports. • Led record keeping unit in contributing to conversion of 401k pension plan from monthly valuation to daily pricing environment. • Pioneered creation of Activity Detail Reports to pinpoint account errors, system variances, and need for additional adjustments.
