Responded to insufficiency and identified improper merchandise mix through needs analysis. Utilized relationship with VP of Merchandising and VP of Marketing to change merchandise mix using Omiture for merchandise needs. Oversaw all sales and business development functions to include new product rollouts, EOM inventory management, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment.
