Developed, implemented, and maintained detailed project schedules utilizing “SureTrak” Project Manager. Reviewed all construction documents, performed complete quantity take-offs, and developed detailed job cost estimates and budgets. Created subcontract scopes of work, contracting (trade contracts), material procurement and complete job invoicing. Recorded, documented, and tracked all construction proceedings such as contract change requests, daily field reports, quality control reports and meeting minutes utilizing Prolog Manager. Completed project close-outs including Punch List, Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing Equipment Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance documentation.
