TOWN AND COUNTRY FORD, INC. – Evansville, IN Finance and Insurance Manager (2004 – 2005) Sales Manager (2003 – 2004) Sales Associate (2002 – 2003) After consistently achieving high sales volume in retail car sales (averaging 8-12 units per month), and gaining a reputation for proven work ethic and reliability, was promoted to Sales Manager in 2003, and F&I Manager in 2004. ▪ Provided daily direction to sales associates, set high standards of excellence, followed through on commitments, and continually structured high front end grosses and back end financing revenues on new and pre-owned vehicles. TOWN AND COUNTRY FORD, INC. (Continued…) ▪ Promoted to F&I Manager to continue my success in customer financing, back-end product sales, and billing. ▪ Established excellent relationships with reputable lenders in the prime and sub-prime banking industry, including Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC), Old National Bank, and other national and regional lending institutions.
