Set-up job schedules, run jobs and coordinated jobs and on request work from internal customers.Developed reports and inquiries in MS Access.Mainatained documentation for custom development. Maintained inventory and distribution of laser toner cartridges. Interfaced with database administrators, users, programmers, internal customers regarding work in progress to avoid delays or work stoppage.Investigated and resolved problems with equipment, software, passwords,voicemail and e-mail. Desk-top support, created and closed Remedy tickets.Wrote and maintained over 400 procedures for IS Operator, provided all office functions and liason for all client services to ensure the integrity of the IT department.
