Purchased a variety of components consisting of hardware and indirect buys. Processed purchase reqs and issued RFQs. Administered daily documentation to support procurement processes, including obtaining documentation for specifications, drawings, artwork, pricing, and certifications, returned material authorizations, purchase agreement data, acknowledgments, last time buys, and routine administrative duties. Negotiated price to determine best value, performed price analysis, selected sources from approved supplier listing. Documented, approved, and placed orders, change orders in accordance with delegation of authority and documentation requirements. Planned system’s need dates and inventory goals. Identify chronic part/source delivery or quality problems.Participated in special projects to reduce and eliminate part shortages. Maintained and managed service agreement contracts. Generate, review, modify, update, and negotiate contracts. Min/Max organization and purchasing.
