Daily Duties at Bell Corp:
Manage the safety program for a Heavy Mechanical/GC contractor in the federal, health care and corrections marketplace. Exercise executive level decisions to reduce liability and establish industry leading policies for success. Negotiate with all regulatory agencies to process WC and legal claims to reduce reserve capital and eliminate exposure. Provide OSHA 30 hr. training to elevate awareness in the corporate infrastructure and the union/non union work force. Recruit and place managers and supervisors for individual job needs.
