Daily Duties at Mpay Software:

• Served as Lead QA Engineer on testing all software product enhancements and defects within Millennium, which is a software product developed by MPAY Software for payroll processing, tax calculations and reporting. • Responsible for the design and implementation of Quality Assurance programs to ensure compliance with existing Company standards, as well as ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinated the development, implementation and testing of Payentry.com, which is the web based version of Millennium. Created project plans for each upgrade of the system as well as oversee testing of new enhancements. • Participated in setting up a laboratory by adding new computers, installing operating systems and configuring software for testing all software products developed by MPAY Software. • Discovered and isolated product flaws quickly, worked with engineers to reproduce problems and document solutions. • Created detailed test plans for new and existing functionality and acted as a technical leader in the development of component-level test strategies and schedules. Utilized remote control software to establish additional test sites across multiple computers. • Responsible for developing test cases (both manual and automated) for product deliverables. Designed and implemented test scripts within VBScript and in SQL, to validate coding changes within Millennium.
