Daily Duties at Mercedes Benz Us Intl.:

Tester Line (1997-1999) Responsible for developing and implementing initial SMP, trained all additional incoming TM's. Acting TL before accepting appointment to SQO. Supplier Quality Operations (1999-2003) Responsible for evaluation of Supplier Quality to include investigation, data compilation, PPAP, ISO and analysis of supplier quality issues in a team format along with the supplier liaison and responsible SQE. Responsible for Bessemer warehouse Graz operation (2002-2003) Process Engineering/CMM/Einfuehrung (2003-present) Responsible for CNC programming of the Zeiss CMM and SMM measuring equipment, SPC, GD&T and audit analysis and reporting of all Z structures, substructures and hang-on parts for both the 164 and 251. Created special measurements for dimensional analysis/problem solving for the EVS, PE, SQE, and QE departments.
